Blue Ridge Artisans – Spirit Trail Fiberworks – Trail Site #106 (12018 B Lee Highway, Sperryville, VA 22740)

Knitting in the Vineyard – Visit Spirit Trail Fiberworks at Blue Ridge Artisans, make a purchase of either yarn or silk scarves, and receive a coupon for a free wine tasting for two at Gray Ghost Vineyards in Amissville, VA. Take your knitting and enjoy a lovely afternoon, tasting the fabulous wines at Gray Ghost Vineyards.

Glassworks Gallery  – Trail Site #42 (11774 Lee Hwy Sperryville, VA 22740)

Needle Felting Demo – Come join Jennifer Kvarnes Doyle for a free needle felting demonstration at Glassworks Gallery in Sperryville VA from 12pm-4pm. Jennifer finds this medium fascinating and would like to share her love of fiber art with you.

 

 

Middle Street Gallery   Trail Site #45 ( 31 Main Street, Sperryville, VA 22740)

Ren Crawford’s Solo Show “Spirit Dance” & Gallery Member Summer Show – Middle Street Gallery will present nine abstract water media paintings by Ren Crawford, August 3 – September 10, 2017

This series of work emanates energy as the spirit pirouettes and leaps on the mind’s stage. In this strong work, Ren uses color as both the medium and message. She allows the spirit to speak by inundating the viewer with visual experience. Opening for the show is Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:00am – 5:00pm

 

Old Rag Photography – Trail Site #46 (12625 Lee Hwy Washington, VA 22747)

New Talent; New Work – Come and see new work by Old Rag’s members and meet new talents, Patricia Temples and Alan Dranitzke, who will be showing for the next 6 months. This event is primarily to introduce fellow photographers  Temples and Dranitzke who will be exhibiting in the gallery with us. At the same time, regular members Ray Boc, Joyce Harman, Bette Hileman and Francie Schroeder will be showing new work.

River District Potters  – Trail Site #32 (7 River Lane, Studio 7B Sperryville, VA 22740)

Studio Open for Visitors – Potters will be working in the studio, answering questions and enjoying visitors all day. They have some new techniques they are working with and new products to share with you.

Wine Release Weekend! – Releasing our latest vintage (2016) of Vintner’s Select Cabernet Franc. Enjoy Hazard Mill Kitchen Food Truck Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
